  • 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp. garlic salt
  • 1 tsp. Freshly ground black pepper
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/2 c. panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 medium zucchini

Instructions

  1. In a heavy pot or a deep fryer, heat 2 inches of vegetable or peanut oil to 350 degrees F.
